This Xylophone -- or Glockenspiel -- is one of five classic learning instruments being re-introduced from our archive collection of original designs. Built of solid black walnut and pure maple hardwood (with an oil finish to reveal the fine wood grains), it can withstand the active play . 1932 75th. Anniversary Roadster - Pedel Car

Next year will mark the 75th Anniversary of the iconic `32 Ford. In honor of this event, Warehouse 36 has teamed with Ford Motor Co. and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation to bring you a truly collectible pedal car and an opportunity to help out some great kids in need. Edsel Ford II is sponsoring the "Hot Rod Heroes" program, a charity event which will highlight the creation of 10 custom, one-of-a-kind versions of the `32 Ford Roadster Pedal Car. These cars will be designed and built by 10 of the leading hot rod designers in the country and will be auctioned off in late 2007. The Schoenhut Bowed Psaltery is a twenty-two stringed, fully chromatic musical instrument. It is arranged similar to a piano; the white keys on one side and the black keys on the other. By having each string tuned to a specific pitch, it is easy to attain a pleasing violin-like sound without fretting any strings. T he Psaltery was a popular instrument during the middle Ages; it is depicted in various forms in manuscripts and carvings. It was brought to England during the time of the crusades and is thought to have been based on the North African instrument the Qanun. By the 18th century it had developed into several other instruments, hit with hammers it became the Hammered Dulcimer, fitted with a keyboard mechanism the Harpsichord.
